ADAPTIVE YOGA
​Adaptive Yoga makes yoga accessible to every body by thoughtfully modifying postures to meet each individual’s needs, with Ann Heckler, E-RYT, using both energizing and calming practices to support young adults on the spectrum.

AERIAL FOUNDATIONS
Learn the basics of Aerial Yoga with certified instructors. This class builds strength, flexibility, and trust in the fabric. Expect to sweat, flip upside-down, and have fun!​

CHAIR YOGA
Using the support of a chair as your main prop, this class makes yoga accessible while still offering challenge.
In-studio or from work for a mid-day movement break!

FASCIA FLOW
You’ll use rollers and mobility tools to unwind tension, rehydrate your tissues, and prepare your body for more efficient movement. Movement begins with light core work and an intelligently sequenced blend of dynamic stretching.

FASCIA RELEASE
We will release your fascia through movement and manipulation techniques, utilizing RAD rollers, balls and other props. Come and enjoy an all-natural pain reliever!

FIRE
LYT meets HIIT! Inspired by Kundalini, we will move through repetitive sequences, release stored emotions by ramping up intensity. Feel empowered through this ceremonious shift in your nervous system!

FLOWT MEDITATION
We begin with slow, gentle movement and steady breath to unwind tension and quiet the noise of the day. Then you’ll settle into a Flowt-ing meditation, cradled in our silk aerial hammocks.

LYT BASIC
A slower-paced flow designed to strengthen your core, fire up your glutes, and improve stability and posture.

LYT INTERMEDIATE
A moderately paced flow designed to deepen your practice beyond the basics.
You’ll strengthen your core, improve mobility, and challenge coordination and balance while moving with steady energy and mindful control.

LYT POWER
LYT Power is a fast-paced, strength-driven flow that builds core power, mobility, and endurance. This anatomy-informed practice helps you move smarter, sweat harder, and leave feeling strong and energized.

MAT PILATES
You’ll explore the core principles of Pilates: breath, control, precision, and alignment—while improving posture, balance, and flexibility.

MOVEMENT + MEDITATION
Class begins with breath-work to regulate your nervous system, followed by intentional movement + core activation to create the strength and alignment needed for a comfortable seat. You’ll finish with a meditation that centers your attention, sharpens clarity, and grounds you for the day ahead.

STRENGTH
Circuit-style strength training rooted in functional movement. Each class has a specific focus, following a split training format. Clear coaching on form and muscle engagement.

STRETCH
Stretch begins with a warm-up of simple low- and high-impact movements to prepare your body to stretch safely. From there, you’ll move through a full head-to-toe sequence of about 30 different stretches, each held for 30–60 seconds.

YIN YOGA
A meditative approach to yoga where you will relax in the posture, softening the muscles to move closer to the bone. These are passive floor poses, held for up to five minutes.
