To get started:

Log in to your MindBody through Yogaja here. If you receive a 'robot' error message via your mobile device, try again via a laptop/desktop/tablet.
Under the Profile tab, scroll to Yogaja Yoga Profile and click Edit
Scroll to What do you want to hear about?
Under Reminders and schedule changes, choose how you'd like your OZ link delivered.
Book an OZ class and you will IMMEDIATELY receive a link from us. If you do not, text us at 567-343-5569 and we will manually subscribe you to either email or text notifications.
Next, load your device with Zoom
Log on to the class 5 minutes before we begin to ensure you can hear the teacher. If you do not, please unmute yourself and let them know.
We kindly ask that you remain muted during the class.
Please note: Yogaja instructors do not teach the class WHILE practicing the class themselves. We believe in our cues doing the work. This ensures our students remain in proper alignment and are not twisting their heads to look at us demoing.
