LYT Method
REDEFINING YOGA THROUGH SCIENCE
Developed by Physical Therapists, LYT Method is a modern mindful movement approach to yoga. LYT Method is was developed to combat the effects of modern day life through neurodevelopmental patterns and biomechanics.
Unlike traditional vinyasa yoga, LYT Method focuses on functional movement to support how we move our bodies in daily life. Through these alignment adjustments, we build strength, balance, and resilience.

inclusive and intelligent for all bodies
LYT is uniquely helpful for a wide range of students, including:
-
Older adults seeking safe joint-friendly movement
-
Runners and athletes working on mobility and balance
-
Desk workers looking to counteract hours of sitting
-
Neurodivergent individuals needing proprioceptive support
-
Those recovering from injury (when cleared by a PT)
-
Postpartum individuals rebuilding core strength

key benefits:
Posture Reboot – Learn to stand taller and move smarter
Core Activation – Every class strengthens deep core muscles

why LYT works:
The Reset – Every class begins with pranayama/breath work, to reconnect with both brain and body
Sequences are strategically designed to retrain poor movement and postural patterns
Core Integration is prioritized in every pose, transition, movement, and breath cue.
Education – LYT teachers have training in movement anatomy, biomechanics, and neurodevelopment
