Foundations is a 5-week beginner-friendly series designed for people who are:
• new to yoga
• curious about functional movement
• experienced practitioners wanting a refresher on alignment

Each week we will explore key concepts that help you move with more strength, stability, and awareness. Through guided discussion, movement labs, and practice, you will learn how to understand your body and apply that knowledge within yoga poses and flow.

What to Expect
• Weekly focus on anatomy and alignment
• Movement labs to explore how your body works
• Mobility and stability drills
• Pose breakdown and alignment guidance
• A 45-minute integrated practice that brings the concepts together

What’s Included:
• Five in-person 90-minute sessions
• Individual feedback and hands-on guidance
• A consistent small group experience (no drop-ins)

You’ll learn in a consistent, small group with individualized feedback and guidance.
This series creates a supportive space to ask questions, learn yoga terminology, build body awareness, and gain confidence in foundational poses without pressure or comparison.
