Lisa's passion for fitness began while she was coaching for the Rowing Teams of Central Catholic and St. Francis. After completing college, her drive to help others grew, and she received her certification in Personal Training.
As part of her continued education, Lisa studied anatomy and functional movements, and her love for yoga was born! Lisa shifted her focus from resistance training to increasing range-of-motion by stretching and emphasizing the breath.
Over the past 5 years, Lisa's connection to yoga and meditation continued to grow, and a desire to strengthen her teaching abilities led to her complete aerial yoga teacher training in October of 2017.
When you don’t see her in the aerial studio you can catch her practicing her new-found passion, Ashtanga, hiking in the local metroparks or reading while she is snuggled up to her cat, Dexter.
