To get the most out of your yoga teacher training experience, we kindly require:
Before training begins, you must attend 10 LYT classes
During training, you must attend 2-3 LYT classes a week
Commit to the scheduled training dates
Plan for additional time outside of training for study

BODY: Functional Movement The LYT Method emphasizes movement patterns that support both immediate and long-term body health. Developed by physical therapist Lara Heimann, this functional movement approach builds strength, mobility, and stability. You'll learn to teach yoga that feels good in the present and supports lifelong well-being. ​ SOUL: Functional Spirituality Yoga is about living with ease and awareness. In our program, you’ll study yoga philosophy not just for knowledge but with the intention to apply it to your everyday life. Our aim is to help you live the practice, integrating it into all aspects of life to create functional spirituality.
