All classes are at Yogaja Cricket West is located at 3145 Central Avenue, Toledo, 43606. We have TWO studio spaces located on the 2nd floor. Follow the elephant arrows once inside to the staircase. Parking is available both along Central Ave. and Markway Rd.
Our Downtown location is now a co-op space and the location of our teacher trainings at 701 Madison Ave., Downtown Toledo.

LYT is a method of yoga rooted in physical therapy principles, designed to enhance posture, movement patterns, and overall strength. It focuses on safe, functional movement to help students feel more connected, energized, and pain-free in their daily lives.
At Yogaja, our Basic LYT classes provide an accessible foundation, focusing on alignment and gentle strengthening, while our Power LYT classes offer a more challenging experience with dynamic sequences and increased intensity.
Additionally, our Fascia Flow, Sculpt, and Fire classes are inspired by the LYT Method blueprint, blending its principles with unique elements to meet a variety of goals and energy levels.
We recommend starting with a Basic class when you first begin. Once you have some of the basics down you may consider trying a more physically challenging class like Intermediate or Power. For more detailed descriptions of the classes, click here.

At Yogaja, we don’t offer traditional hot yoga—and that’s intentional.
Our studio focuses on modern mindful movement grounded in science, physical therapy principles, and functional strength, inspired by the LYT Method. We prioritize safe, sustainable movement patterns that support your posture, core strength, fascia health, and long-term well-being.
Instead of adding external heat, we teach you to create internal heat through smart sequencing, breath-led activation, and purposeful strength work. This approach supports:

We do offer plenty of strong, heat-building classes—like LYT, Stretch, Pilates, Sculpt, and Fire-style classes—all designed to elevate your heart rate and leave you feeling energized, not depleted.
And because we have two studio spaces, we keep one room dedicated to powerful classes and another to gentler mobility and restorative practices, ensuring the right environment for every body.
If you’re looking for a practice that’s strong, smart, and sustainable (without the excessive external heat), you’ll feel right at home here.
To register for classes download the Yogaja Yoga App. When you're ready to schedule a class you'll be prompted to create your account and then you'll be able to book your classes. We highly recommend our Introductory Offer: 5 weeks of UNLIMITED classes for $50, allowing you to try out as many classes as possible during that time. Normal classes can accommodate 30+ mats, so we only rarely totally fill up (Saturdays & Sundays).
Please note Fascia Release, Bliss, and Flowt have very limited availability so pre-registration is highly recommended.
Monthly packages expire each month and may not be carried over. Non-monthly class packages, such as the 10-class pack, do not expire.
Yes! You are allowed to practice without a parent if you are 13 or older. You MUST bring a waiver signed by a parent prior to participating in any classes at Yogaja. If you are under 13 and capable of a 60-75 minute yoga class, then you are welcome to practice alongside your parent.
Yes, we teach group privates for up to 3 people. Privates are a great way to receive individualized instruction with your favorite teacher to learn the basics or focus on taking your practice to the next level. The easiest way to schedule your private is to send us an email and let us know what you hope to learn. You may request a teacher or we'll recommend one based on your needs. Please also include the dates and times that work best for you. We also do off site privates as well.
Aerial classes are offered regularly in workshop format.

Aerial Parties are a unique and really fun way to celebrate a special occasion including birthday parties, Bachelorette parties or Girl's Night Out.
Aerial Etiquette
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before start time to be fitted for your hammock.
• Avoid practicing on a full stomach.
• Please observe good personal hygiene and avoid wearing lotion or strong perfumes.
Clothing
• Wear form fitting clothing. Please do not wear baggy clothing.
• Ensure that your clothing is "zipper free" and remove all jewelry, watches and hair clips.
Check with your doctor before attending class if you have any medical condition that might be effected by an Aerial Yoga class. Possible contraindications include:
• Pregnancy
• Recent Surgery
• Easy Onset Vertigo
• Recent Concussion or Head Injury
• Head Cold, Flu, Sinusitis
NOTE: There is NO weight limit for our aerial hammocks! All participants must have a signed waiver to participate.
We do not have a contract associated with our memberships, so you may cancel at any time. We kindly ask that you give us at least 30 days notice.
