We are located on the second floor of Cricket West. There is parking and an entrance on both Central Ave. and Markway, as well as, street parking. A bike rack is available at the corner of Markway and Densmore. Once you've entered Cricket West, follow the arrows to the staircase. We are located at the top of the stairs. We have two spaces so that we may offer two classes during the more popular time slots.
  • I have never taken a yoga class before. Which class should I take?

  • Not hot, not cold, just right and here's why...
From our experience we believe it is best to heat the body from the inside out. In this manner, your body is responding to what you are doing, not what an external force is doing to you. When you heat in this way you are able to tune into your body without distractions and cultivate prana, or energy. We will teach you how to use your breath and body to warm you from the inside out.
  • I am a student/senior, but I don't see your student pricing available on-line?"
Students and seniors must initially register in-person with a valid student ID. Once you have done that, student/senior pricing will be available to you on-line and in the app.
