I started going to Yogaja in 2021 and pretty quickly started going to LYT classes exclusively. I love the way LYT makes my body feel, it has the meditation aspect of yoga I love and a great workout that makes my body feel great. In my classes you will work up a sweat.
My goal for every class is to take 1 hour for yourself in a judgment free space to show your mind, body and spirit gratitude. You will probably experience a 1 leg balancing pose in my class because my favorite poses are warriors 3, half moon, and tree pose. I love that these poses encompass everything I enjoy about yoga, working towards balance, engaging many muscle groups to get a good workout and meditation!
