Kate Walter

Kate began practicing at Yogaja in 2021 and quickly found herself drawn exclusively to LYT. She loves the way the method blends intelligent, core-integrated strength with the meditative depth of yoga. For her, LYT delivers both: a thoughtful, science-backed practice and a workout that leaves the body feeling strong, aligned, and energized.
In Kate’s classes, you can expect to build heat, integrate your core, and move with intention. Her goal is to create a judgment-free space where you can dedicate one full hour to yourself — honoring your mind, body, and spirit with gratitude and presence.
Kate is a 200-Hour LYT certified teacher. In 2026, she completed the Reforming Pilates Comprehensive 550-Hour, PT-led certification and now also teaches Mat Pilates, bringing the same attention to alignment, strength, and intelligent movement into her Pilates classes.
