Whit was first introduced to yoga in her mid 20s at a popular gym. At first, she saw yoga as simply another workout, but as time went on, she discovered that the mental and emotional benefits of yoga were just as powerful as the physical ones.
Whit completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yogaja Yoga, studying under Margaret, Donna and Gena.
Off the mat, Whit is an office manager and dog mom of two rescue pit bulls. She enjoys grocery shopping (yes, grocery shopping!), live music, and baseball.
