Meditation has been recommended as a practice in just about every spiritual tradition, including Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the Bible, the Quran, Buddhism, Judaism and many more. Therapists, cardiologists and oncologists are prescribing meditation to their patients. Addiction recovery programs encourage people to meditate as a pathway to recovery. People of all ages are being directed to meditate as a way to ease the stress and anxiety of life.
But meditation is not a magic cure-all. We cannot name a problem and “meditate it away.” Instead, meditation is a daily practice that connects us to Life. The rhythm of living has highs and lows - it’s through a regular meditation practice that we learn to accept all of life with ease and grace.

Join us for this 28 day program, Fall Into Meditation, to continue or start your meditation practice. We’ll kick off on the Fall Equinox, September 23. The autumnal season brings us the harvest - a time of bounty and gratitude. It is the perfect season to bring our awareness to meditation.

Over the course of 28 days we'll offer daily meditation classes, unlimited yoga, weekly emails and a robust schedule of events to support your practice. In addition to our regular weekly meditation classes (Mon-Fri at 6:15 AM - Move, Breathe, Meditate, Tue/Thu at 10:15 AM - Flowt Meditation, Thu at 7 PM - Candlelight Meditation) you will have access to the following:
