Sara wowed our Yogaja herd with her first workshop: Yoga for Anxiety. Yoga, meditation, and breathing have been transformative in helping Sara support her own anxiety and panic disorder, and she incorporates those same techniques into her classes.
Sara received her 200 Hour Yoga Certification from Ashaya Yoga in 2018 and is also a certified Reiki Practitioner. She first started yoga as a teenager, hoping to find some help with her anxiety and depression...and she did. Yoga, meditation and breathing practices have aided her in finding both calm and joy in her life.
