Kacie is passionate about health, well-being and rehabilitation, so becoming a Doctor of Occupational Therapy fits perfectly with her passion for yoga.
Kacie moved to Toledo to begin her doctorate in the summer of 2018, and she knew that she needed to find a yoga home in Toledo. She says she found it at Yogaja.
In 2017,Kacie earned her 200-RYT and has enjoyed teaching a wide-range of students since then. She teaches with the philosophy that yoga, with the perfect accommodations, can be for everyone. She firmly believes that yoga is intended to be fun, exciting, and healing for the mind, body and soul. In turn, she incorporates options in all of classes and encourages smiles all around.
When Kacie is not studying, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially with a dog in tow. Whether it’s hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing or running, she loves to be active outside.
In her free time, Kacie volunteers as a dog sitter for Assistance Dogs of Achieving Independence in Sylvania.
