Jenna was first introduced to yoga in college in 2000, and over the years, yoga became an integral part of her life.
Jenna believes yoga opens a space for internal exploration and creates opportunity to gain a different perspective on life’s challenges and lessons, leading to a more balanced and joyful life. Through yoga, she came to understand the well-known Buddha quote, “The mind is everything.” Jenna meditates regularly, setting her intentions and repeating positive affirmations.
As a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapy Practitioner, she has been working with himalayan & crystal singing bowls and tuning forks for the past several years. Sound healing calms the mind and nervous system, bringing the body into a state of deep relaxation. This is where stress release and healing can occur.
Jenna received her 200-hour RYT training at Yogaja Yoga in May 2019. Join her for a class one of these days/times.
