APPROPRIATE FOR BEGINNER TO ADVANCED STUDENTS
Work on increasing flexibility, building strength, relieving tight muscles, and promoting relaxation. Half of the class consists of a light warm-up and standing/balancing poses. The other half of class includes deep stretching.
A basic approach to our flow class with slower movements and basic alignment tips to help you understand the principles and techniques of flow yoga.
YIN YOGA &
These classes are a meditative approach to yoga that target hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine, all areas that hold tension/stress. Each pose is held for up to 5 minutes, with the aid of props, to help soften the muscles and loosen the surrounding connective tissue.
INTERMEDIATE & POWER
A moderate-intensity Vinyasa-style class that flows one pose into another. Poses focus on flexibility, power, and balance to help bring strength and alignment to the body. Advanced poses are presented with options and modifications for various levels.
Build heat, strength and stamina in this powerful flowing class that links breath and movement. Each class includes sun salutations, standing poses, forward and back-bending poses and poses that get you upside down.
Power Flow is 75 minutes, while Power Hour condenses to 60 minutes.
ASHTANGA...WE GET UP EARLY
LED PRIMARY SERIES
Led Primary class is the same primary series practiced in Mysore, but the class is teacher-led and everyone moves through the poses at the same time under instruction. For those interested in Mysore, it is a good idea to come to a Led Primary class first. This is a challenging practice akin to Power Yoga.
Mysore is a student-led practice allowing practitioners to learn at their own pace. You will be guided to memorize the Ashtanga Primary series by Dhawi, who will assign you new poses as you progress through Primary. Students new to Ashtanga may arrive any time after 5:30AM as long as they finish before 7:30AM.
COME AND HAVE SOME FUN!
Our basic aerial yoga class is for those who are new to aerial yoga or just looking to learn the fundamentals. Be prepared to have sore cheeks from smiling so much! Pre-registration required for all aerial classes, please read additional information below.
Building on your aerial basics, you will now start to work on more advanced poses and sequences, always leaving time for savasana in our hammocks at the end of class. Pre-registration required for all aerial yoga classes, please read additional information below.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
• Come freshly showered, with deodorant, and no strong perfumes.
• Avoid practicing on a full stomach
• Wear form-fitting clothing.
• Ensure that your clothing is "zipper free" and remove all jewelry, watches and hair clips.
Please talk to the teacher before attending class if you have any medical issues that prevent you from inverting or putting pressure on your skin. Check with your doctor before attending class if you have a spinal injury or any medical condition that might be effected. Possible contraindications include:
• Recent Surgery
• Easy Onset Vertigo
• Recent Concussion or Head Injury
• Head Cold, Flu, Sinusitis
• We do NOT have a weight limit for hammocks.

MOVEMENT & MEDITATION
Join us in our Flowt studio, located on the first floor, to spend a relaxing hour of gentle movement and stretch, breath-work and meditation in our Flowt hammocks. Leave feeling with a sense of peace and calm.
SINGING BOWLS with GENTLE MOVEMENT
Come and experience the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. After gentle movement and stretching you'll be transported to a celestial space as you meditate in our Flowt hammocks to the sounds of our bowls.
Learn how to utilize RAD rollers to release your fascia. Experience the joy of feeling soreness and stress melt away. Space is limited due to equipment, so please be sure to sign up ahead of time.
This wonderful class is specifically for teenagers and young adults on the spectrum. Ann Heckler will teach you the basics of yoga. Come and experience all the benefits this practice has for you.
